Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please, contact us before sending the product back and let us know the reason for the return. Refund will be done after receiving the returned item. We cannot refund the shipping fees.
If the item is not collected from the post, we can’t return the shipping fees.
We offer free worldwide shipping. Your purchase will be shipped via Registered mail service (unless otherwise requested).
Express shipping (EMS) can be provided at an additional cost.
Please, inspect the package upon arrival and do not accept it if damaged. This way the package will be returned to us and we will make you a new one.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If a package is lost, we will send a replacement for free.
You may contact us if your package has not entered your country in more than 4 weeks. We cannot speed up the delivery but we can issue an official query to try to locate the parcel.
Once we receive your order, we need 1-2 weeks to make it. Generally, there are no items in stock and all the items are made to order. Any available now items will be noted. Please, contact us prior making your order if you need it as soon as possible.
